How secure is your webshop?

These days consumers seek reassurance on their on line purchases.  The Java City website uses the latest version of the Transport Layer Security encryption protocol, to ensure security and privacy during your shopping experience.

When I am billed?

Payment occurs at the time of renewal only.

What are the different payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express , Discover and Paypal.

May I pause or cancel my subscription?

We’ll be sad to see you leave, but if the subscription service is no longer your best option, no worries,  you can pause or cancel at any time  through the website , phone or email without any   hassle or penalties. If cancelling just be sure to do so 3 days before your next scheduled delivery.

How long will my subscription last?

All Java City subscriptions have no set end date and will ship at the frequency and interval you selected until you cancel the subscription.  You always can skip a shipment, reschedule your order, or cancel your order at any time.

To manage your subscription, log into your Java City account and click on  , “My Account” section and visit the Subscription section of your account dashboard.

Can I change the frequency of my delivery?

Short answer yes. We offer delivery flexibility on your order frequency , your choice within  a 6 week period as long as your order is a minimum of $30.   Should you have several orders in the same month , these will all be the same coffee of that month.

Is there a further discount for signing up for a subscription?

Yes , an extra 10%  discount is available on your first order, 10 % off thereafter, and if you choose to purchase 3 – 12oz  packs per order  as part of your subscription you will receive free shipping. Or you can top up your order with tea from the shop if that is your fancy.

How do I sign up?

Visit our Shop, select your coffee or tea, decide your frequency and checkout. We are available at orders@bewleysna.com or tel  877-528-2289 and are happy to assist.

How do gift subscriptions work?

Hop over to the gift subscription page, select your coffees, (or tea, or a combination), nominate the name and address of the person to receive your gift . If you like, leave a custom message, and complete your purchase.

What if I want to offer a subscription to a number of different people at once?

Don’t worry we have a special webpage for that! Jump on to the employee subscription page and you will be guided through the purchase process.

Will the receiver know that the gift is from me?

Yes, either on gifting message you enter on gift subscription page, or on the Bill To section of the delivery note.
