  • Reaching new heights

    This single origin coffee is from Tapira, Minas Gerais, within the Cerrado region of Brazil. It is grown on a farm called Fazenda Panorama where the Arara varietal flourishes. The farm receives natural sunlight, yet the soil retains its humidity, creating coffee cherries with a higher sugar content. Once the cherries are harvested, they are washed to separate the pulp from the bean. The coffee beans are then driedusing solar powered driers. In a humanitarian effort, the farm also partners with the local school, providing educational lectures about sustainable environmental practices, and funds field tripsto the Fazenda Panorama Estate where each student plants a coffee tree.
