Finca El Pacayal is located in San Miguel, Pochuta, Guatemala, and rests upon rich volcanic soils produced by the Acatenango and Atítlan volcanoes. Ideal soil conditions together with warm tropical breezes from the Pacific Ocean provide the perfect environment for the production of great quality coffee.
Balanced flavors of citrus, honey, cinnamon & caramel.
Freshness | Store coffee at room temperature. Once bag is open, store in an airtight container for no longer than 21 days.
Water Quality | Use filtered water for the purest taste.
Measuring | Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee for every 6oz (180ml) of water.
