About La Bastilla

La Bastilla coffee is grown in Nicaragua at an estate that sits between 3,444-4,757 feet above seal level. The farm is characterized by it’s micro climates, its shade trees and its volcanic soil. The end result is a very special coffee bean that, when roasted, delivers a profile that is very balanced and sweet, with good acidity, body and complex aromas.

Brew Instructions

Freshness | Store coffee at room temperature. Once bag is open, store in an airtight container for no longer than 21 days.

Water Quality | Use filtered water for the purest taste.

Measuring | Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee for every 6oz (180ml) of water.
