Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Available options may include standard and expedited shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may have different processing times, freight methods, minimum order requirements, and delivery schedules. Specific wholesale shipping terms will be communicated at the time of order or outlined in applicable wholesale agreements.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Java City is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Java City is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with providing tracking information or submitting a claim when applicable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@javacity.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
