Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.

Wholesale pricing, terms, and fulfillment may differ from direct-to-consumer orders. Wholesale orders may be subject to separate agreements, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict, wholesale agreements will govern.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Java City is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
