About Ethiopia Ayehu

This sun dried Natural process Ethiopian coffee comes from the fertile highlands of the Amhara region of Norther Ethiopia. Grown at 1,700-1,800 meters above sea level using sustainable farming practices.

Tasting Notes

Raspberry jam, caramel, and floral notes, buttery body. Sweet, clean, complex.

Also worth noting, this coffee makes a gorgeous pour over, and flavors intensify when pulled as an espresso. Great hot or cold!

Brew Instructions

Freshness | Store coffee at room temperature. Once bag is open, store in an airtight container for no longer than 21 days.

Water Quality | Use filtered water for the purest taste.

Measuring | Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee for every 6oz (180ml) of water.
