About Sumatra Mandheling
Sumatran coffees cherries are processed using a unique semi-washed method, removing the fruit from the beans before fermenting overnight and drying twice in parchment. Locally referred to as Giling Basah, this process produces coffees with a syrupy body and stone fruit acidity.
Buttery and smooth with deep earthy aromas and a warm spicy finish.
Freshness | Store coffee at room temperature. Once bag is open, store in an airtight container for no longer than 21 days.
Water Quality | Use filtered water for the purest taste.
Measuring | Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee for every 6oz (180ml) of water.
