Great coffee starts with great calibration. That’s why each Single-Serve Pour Over is carefully measured to meet the Specialty Coffee Association’s Golden Cup Standard. This is the global benchmark for brewing properly extracted coffee, ensuring your cup has the ideal balance of strength, clarity, and sweetness.
The SCA’s recommended ratio is 1:18, one part coffee to eighteen parts water. In everyday terms, that equals 10 grams of coffee per 180ml of water.
It’s the formula baristas use for consistent, beautifully balanced flavor, and it’s the standard we’ve built into every packet. So, instead of scaling, scooping, or guessing, you simply open, anchor, and pour. The calibration is already done for you.
